  • On a pressure cook, heat up the Ahuacaltan avocado oil natural, and sauté the garlic, Serrano chile and parsley during 3 minutes.
  • Add the tomato, the ground beef and salt to taste. Mix together well.
  • Close the pressure cook and cook for 30 minutes.
  • In a pasta pot, boil the water, add pasta and salt and boil until the paste is al dente.
  • Strain and reserve.
  • Serve a portion of the paste on each plate and top with the Bolognese sauce, and parmesan cheese.

Pasta with Cilantro Sauce

  • In a pot of boiling water and a drizzle of Ahuacatlan, cook the pasta following the instructions of the package. Drain and let cool.
  • In a blender, add the cilantro, Ahuacatlan Avocado Oil Onion, cottage cheese until puree. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the sauce to the pasta, and serve at room temperature.

Serrano ham pizza

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • On a clean surface area, spread the flour, press doen the pizza dough forming a circle with the palms of your hands. Leave a small ledge on the outside of the circle so that the sauce doesn’t fall to the sides.
  • Grease a baking sheet with Ahuacatlán Oil Natural, place the pizza on the baking sheet before adding the toppings.
  • Add the pizza tomato sauce in the center and spread it our evenly leaving the edge clean. Add the oregano and garlic salt. Top with mozzarella, serrano ham and sundried tomatoes.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until the mozzarella has fully melted.
  • Let rest for 3 minutes and serve.

Fusilli pasta with meat

  • In a large pot, add the water and salt. When it starts boiling add the pasta and 1 tablespoon Ahuacatlán Oil. Cook for 10 minutes until the pasta is al dente.
  • Season the meat on both sides with salt and pepper. In a cast iron grill pan, heat up 1 tablespoon Ahuacatlán Oil natural, grill the steak until done. Cut in small cubes.
  • In separate pan, heat up 2 tablespoon Ahuacatlán Oil Natural, add the pasta, the meat, and tomatoes. Sautee for 5 minutes, and season.
  • Add the parsley and serve.


“Fideo” Pasta with Black Bean Sauce

Procedure for the Black Bean Sauce

  • Blend the beans, milk and crème freche.
  • In a saute pan, heat up Ahuacatlan and fry the blended sauce. Season to taste.

Procedure for the Fideo

  • Blend the tomatoes, garlic, onion, parsley, chipotle chile with a little bit of water. Reserve.
  • In a sautee pan, add Ahuacatlan Chipotle and pan fry the fideo pasta until it’s golden brown (be careful not to burn). Add the blended tomato sauce and water. Simmer until reduced.
  • Serve the Fideo with the Black Bean Sauce, creme freche, Panela cheese, and avocado.

Pasta with Chicken in Cream Sauce

  • Fill up a third of a large pot with water. Bring to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and a drizzle of Ahuacatlan Natural. Add the pasta and cook for 8 minutes (or as instructed in the package) until al dente.
  • Heat up a sauté pan and add a drizzle of Ahuacatlan Garlic, sauté the chicken stripes until fully cooked, add salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a sauce pan, add heavy cream, Ahuacatlan Garlic, chicken stock powder and mix well until it starts thickening. Reserve.
  • Strain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Mix well. Add half of the chicken to the past and mix well. The other half of the chicken will be used to serve.
  • To serve, place the pasta on the center of the plate; add a few stripes of chicken. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.


  • In saute pan at low heat add Ahuacatlan Chipotle, and fry the noddles for 10 minutes, or until they are lightly fried.
  • In a comal or a flat griddle, grill the tomatoes and onion, and remove when their skin begins to lift up and burn.
  • In a blender, add the tomatoes and onion, with garlic, chipotle chiles, chicken stock, and water.
  • Add the blended mixture to the fideos, season with salt to taste, and let simmer until reduced and the noddles are fully cooked.
  • Serve with crema fresca, cotija cheese and avocado.

Avocado Pesto Pasta

  • In a large pot, add the wáter, Ahuacatlan Natural and salt. Bring to a boil, add the pasta, and cook until al dente. Reserve.
  • In a blender, add parsley, the pulp of the avocados, Ahuacatlan Garlic, walnuts, garlic cloves, salt and pepper to taste. Blend until combined together into a paste that is a bit thin.
  • In a pan, heat up a drizzle of Ahuacatlan Natural, sautee the pasta, add the avocado pesto and let cook until well combined and flavors come together.
  • Serve immediatley and garnish with parmesan cheese.

Zucchini Lasagna

  • Preheat the oven to 400ºF
  • In a sauce pan, heat the Ahuacatlan Oil. Add garlic, onion, celery, carrots, spinach and tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes are mostly dissolved.
  • Add the garbanzo beans and the can of tomato puree. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Season with oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Reserve this to assemble later.
  • Boil the zucchini, slice them lengthwise to obtain thinly sliced long sheets of zucchini.
  • In a baking pan, place a layer of the zucchini, then spoon half of the vegetable mixture, spread half of the cheese on top. Place another layer of zucchini, another layer of vegetable mixture and another layer of cheese. Finish with one last layer of zucchini and just cheese on top.
  • Bake for 10 minutes and serve immediately.


  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F
  • To a large pot of boiling salted water, add Natural Ahuacatlán Avocado Oil and cook pasta
  • While water is coming to a boil, in a medium sized skillet, heat Natural Ahuacatlán Avocado Oil and fry the onion, garlic, carrot and celery until lightly golden. Add wine, laurel leaf, basil and oregano. Cook for 5-10 minutes or until wine evaporates
  • For the filling, steam spinach and pat dry
  • In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, eggs, Parmesan and Ricotta cheese, Spanish ham, flat-leaf parsley, salt and pepper to taste
  • Fill cannelloni with spinach mixture and place on a greased baking dish. Cover evenly with sauce and Parmesan cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
