  • Add kale, onion, lemon juice, oil, and salt to a large bowl.  Using clean hands, gently ‘massage’ kale until bright green and wilted.  Add in mango, pumpkin seeds, and cheese. Let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  • Option to top with additional pumpkin seeds and cheese.

Pumpkin Salad

  • Once boiled, sauté the pumpkin in a pan with Ahuacatlan avocado oil during 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl, toss together the spinach, pumpkin, onion, and cherry tomatoes.
  • For the vinaigrette, in a container with cap add Ahuacaltan lime, balsamic vinegar, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds. Salt to taste. And mix well.
  • Pour over the salad and toss.

Cactus Leaf Salad

  • In a large pot, boil the cactus leaves with garlic powder for 25 minutes. Once cooked, strain over cold water and cut them into small dice.
  • In a large bowl add the cactus, onion, cilantro, tomato, and mix together.
  • Add Ahuacatlán chipotle, salt to taste and queso fresco.

Bacon Salad

  • In a sautee pan, add the bacon until fully cooked (about 5 minutes.)
  • In a large bowl, add the romaine, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, and Ahuacatlán natural.
  • To make the vinaigrette, add all ingredients except for the oil. Once they are all mixed together, add the oil on a steady stream while mixing. Season with salt.
  • Add the vinaigrette to the salad, and top with pieces of bacon.

Salmon & Avocado Salad with Citrus Dressing

  • For the vinaigrette: add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Season with salt.
  • In a platter, add a layer of arugula evenly spread out. Form a circle, by alternating one slice of salmon, one slice of avocado and one slice of grapefruit. Continue adding one slice of each until the circle is fully formed. Top with the vinaigrette and serve.


  • In a large bowl, place the spinach, blueberries and almonds
  • In a blender, add the Ahuacatlan Natural, vinegar, sesame seeds, honey, salt and pepper and blend until homogenous.
  • Add the dressing to the salad the toss.


  • In a large non-reactive bowl, add all the ingredients for the marinade mix well. Add the chicken thighs. Marinade refrigerated for 40 minutes.
  • In a sauté pan, heat up 1 tbs. Ahuacatlan Natural and sauté the thighs until fully cooked. Remove from heat and cut into stripes. Reserve.
  • In a large salad bowl, add all the ingredients for the salad. Reserve refrigerated until ready to serve.
  • For the vinaigrette, mix well all the ingredients.
  • When ready to serve, add chicken to the salad and pour the vinaigrette dressing over it, tossing all ingredients together.


  • Wash the arugula and mint. Discard stems from leaves and reserve
  • Trim tough stem ends from figs and cut each fig into 4 wedges
  • In a small bowl whisk together the lime juice, Lime Ahuacatlán Avocado Oil, salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Transfer to a serving plate and add the figs and prosciutto slices


  • In a medium sized bowl, toss together the watermelon, arugula and fresh basil.
  • For the vinaigrette, mix the lime juice, Ahuacatlán Avocado Oil and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the vinaigrette to the watermelon mixture and finish it off with the crumbled goat cheese.


  • Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper and cut into medium cubes. Heat 2 teaspoons of Ahuacatlán Avocado Oil in a medium nonstick skillet, add salmon and cook until opaque througout.
  • For the vinaigrette mix the lime juice, 2 teaspoons of Ahuacatlán Avocado Oil, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.
  • In a large bowl add the arugula and toss with the vinaigrette. Add the grapefruit wedges, avocado, cucumber, sautéed salmon cubes and half a cup of walnuts.
